We have flexible and tailor made SLAs to suit your requirement and budget.
It is an SLA for a year. We have a fixed price and fixed scope for this SLA. It is useful for products like SAP and other ERPs where continues support is required.
It is a flexible and mini SLA which is for a quarter. It has all the services as in
Y support. This is signed on a quarterly basis.
We give services through our customer portal. You can access our portal by registering through our website and logging in. We have a ticket management system and you can track down your tickets.
All SLAs are applicable for this.
Pay As You Go
We have an excellent support service for one timers.
You can register with us and tell us what service you need. You will be charged only for that service. No SLA, No commitment. It is a prepaid service.
We have a 12 hour operating call center (10.am to 10.pm IST) for all our service related issues and customer problems.
We have helpdesk services which you can utilize in the initial phases of your system change management. We have onsite, offshore and near shore helpdesks for all geographies.
